• The guarantee will only be available where spending during the evaluation period is equal to or above the previous comparison period.
• The money-back guarantee will only cover campaign and management fees directly invoiced by Forte Marketing and does not include third-party expenses such as:
  • Media or Advertising Space
  • Purchase of stock Image, Graphic or Video 
  • Printing and distribution
• A comparison period will cover three months; the evaluation period will be agreed upon before the campaign commences, however, will be either:
  • three months prior
  • year-on-year
• KPIs for 'Better Performance' will be determined and agreed upon before the campaign starts. 
• Forte Marketing will have access to third-party tracking tools that measure the KPIs used for the evaluation. These can include:
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Business Suite
  • Meta Ads Manager
