We all have different ways of working - how would you describe your approach to work?
Design with purpose / form follows function. Taking time to understand a problem and placing emphasis on what needs to be communicated is my priority before I put pen to paper.

What did you do before you started at Forte Marketing and what most appealed to you about joining the team?
I’ve worked as a designer for the past 10 years. The business strategy/results-driven approach to client projects that Louise
and Darren have is what appealed to me. They think about the ‘long term’ for their clients. They are nice people, not naff!

What is your greatest source of enjoyment at Forte Marketing?
Helping clients achieve their business goals through effective design solutions.

Can you tell us about the most memorable moment of your career?
Seeing the finished artwork/design in use is always satisfying.

If you were a superhero, what would be your superpower?
I would love to be able to fly or teleport to anywhere in the world. I love to travel (so far I’ve been to America, New Zealand, Cambodia and Vietnam) but I don’t enjoy flying and become anxious as soon as I step foot on a plane.

What would you typically be doing and where would we find you when you’re not at work?
A Cairns-girl born and bred, I love spending time outdoors exploring our beautiful region. One of my favourite trips has been to Cape York Peninsula with my husband, camping and 4WDing our way to the farthest northern tip of Australia.

Tell us something surprising about yourself.
I’m a big fan of old-school rock and roll and have even seen a few of my favourite bands in concert including AC/DC, Aerosmith and Bon Jovi (twice, once at Madison Square Garden in NYC)
