Design challenge

The TSRA is a dynamic organisation with a wide footprint and broad variety of users and stakeholders. The opportunity was to scale their online presence and improve user experience with a fully redesigned website. As the TSRA is a federal government agency, we needed to ensure the solution was compliant will all government requirements including security, accessibility, technical performance, ease of use and flexibility.

Information architecture.

Our team, in conjunction with the TSRA, started by tackling the websiteโ€™s information architecture. We prepared sitemaps and wireframes which allow us to progress into design with a clear understanding of the content requirements and priorities.
